• The Agency is not responsible for delays caused by the issuing authority or other external factors.

6. Confidentiality

• The Agency respects the confidentiality of your personal information and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to facilitate the visa application process.

7. Applicant Responsibilities
